Residents of Ternopil Region can get qualified advice on natural gas distribution in the Contact Centre of the Gas Distribution Network Operator PrJSC “Ternopilgaz”.

PrJSC “Ternopilgaz” works in a new convenient format. We remind our Consumers they have an opportunity to receive qualified advice on all issues related to the natural gas distribution and provide gas meters readings five days a week from 08:00 to 17:00 on multi-channel phone numbers:

Calls from all landline phones are paid according to city and long-distance tariffs, calls from mobile – according to the tariffs of your mobile operator.

Natural gas consumers have the opportunity to:

- submit gas meters readings (from the 1st to the 5th day of each month on working days);

and receive qualified advice on:

- connection of customer facilities to gas networks;

- design and construction of gas pipelines;

- service and repair of gas equipment, etc.

In addition, in order to resolve conflicts in a timely manner, there is a telephone Hotline for complaints and appeals from consumers:
